Return Policy

We know that shopping online for clothing can be tough. In the event that you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we’ve made the return process super easy.
HOLYSHI* will gladly process exchanges, returns and refunds within 45 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for an exchange, return, or refund, item(s) must be returned in the original box and packaging, or similar. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original tags and hygiene labels still attached.
Exchanges
If your item does not fit, simply return it and exchange it for a new size! Exchanges are always free, and we won’t charge you for shipping. You can even avoid postage fees when you use one of our return shipping labels.
Please note: Exchanges cannot be made for a different style or print (“Collection”).
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your item(s) is defective or incorrect, or arrives damaged, we will gladly rectify the issue at no cost to you. To expedite your claim, please include pictures of the damage/defect.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return the item(s) to receive a refund, no questions asked. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Refunds
All refunds and returns are processed to the original method of payment. If you used a credit card, you will receive your refund to your credit card. If you used in-store credit, you will receive your refund as in-store credit. No exceptions apply.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
